Shipping and Delivery

At Dorric, all items are made-to-order. When you place an order, we print it specifically for you, ensuring the best quality every time. Some products are printed in our U.S. facilities, while others come from trusted suppliers worldwide to provide a wide selection of merchandise. We only collaborate with vendors who meet our strict quality standards, which influences the delivery times listed below.

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
We process orders on business days (Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time), excluding holidays observed by the Post Office (New Year’s Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive email notifications and tracking details. If your order includes multiple items, they may be sent in separate parcels, and you’ll receive separate tracking emails for each.

Allow 4-8 days for the carrier to update the tracking information. If your package hasn’t been scanned yet, it may still be in transit. If your order exceeds the estimated delivery date, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Incorrect Address
It’s crucial to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If there’s any missing or incorrect information, we may need to contact you for updates, which could delay your order.

  • Wrong Address: We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses. Orders sent to incorrect addresses will be returned to the warehouse and disposed of. Re-shipping fees may apply for orders returned due to incorrect addresses.
  • Forwarding: If you ask the carrier to forward or redirect your package after it leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.
